Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Gralyx and any paid Gralyx subscription. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

The Service

Gralyx is a market data display and collection tracking tool. It shows aggregated market value observations for trading cards and lets you track a personal collection and its collection value. Gralyx provides information only, and nothing on the service is a recommendation, an offer, or a quote to buy or sell anything, and it is not investment advice.

Accounts

  • One person may hold one account. You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits.
  • You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • You must provide a valid email address and keep it up to date.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

Free & Pro tiers

Gralyx offers a Free tier and a paid Gralyx Pro tier. The Free tier allows you to track up to three (3) cards with daily-refreshed market values and a collection value total. Gralyx Pro removes the card limit and allows unlimited cards tracked, along with the other features described on the pricing page. Features labelled “coming soon” are in development, are not yet available, and do not form part of the paid plan until they are released. Plan features and limits may change over time; current details are published on the pricing page.

Billing & renewal

  • Gralyx Pro is offered on a monthly or yearly subscription. All prices are in USD.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until cancelled.
  • Subscription billing is handled securely by Creem, our merchant of record. Your payment and card details are processed by Creem and do not pass through our servers.
  • The amount charged at each renewal reflects the plan and price shown when you subscribed, subject to any price change we announce in advance.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@gralyx.com. After cancellation, your Pro features remain active until the end of the current paid billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free tier. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

Refunds

Subscription fees are not refunded on a pro-rated basis when you cancel mid-period; you retain access until the end of the period you have paid for. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any refund rights you may have under applicable mandatory consumer-protection law, which are preserved.

Market data disclaimer

Market values shown on Gralyx are aggregated observations compiled from third-party sources, including data provided by JustTCG. This data is provided “as-is” and without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that any value is accurate, complete, current, or fit for a particular purpose. Market values are not a quote, an appraisal, or a valuation for insurance or tax purposes, and they are not investment advice. Values change over time and past observations do not indicate future values.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data or content from Gralyx, or resell or redistribute any data obtained from the service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, its servers, or its databases.
  • Use the service to build a competing dataset or product.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gralyx is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on market data displayed on the service, or from any decisions you make based on it. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the subscription in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date below and post the changes on this page. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
