Our Commitment

Gralyx respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We respond to all notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law and are submitted to our designated contact.

Response time: We commit to reviewing and responding to all valid takedown requests within 72 hours of receipt.

What We Display

Gralyx is a text-and-data-only site. We do not:

  • Host, cache, or display any card artwork, box images, slab photographs, or promotional imagery
  • Reproduce copyrighted text from card databases or price guides
  • Hot-link to or embed images from third-party servers
  • Store copies of upstream API images or CDN assets

All visual elements on this site are original CSS renderings and inline SVG graphics created by Gralyx. Market data (numerical price observations) is sourced from JustTCG under their API terms of service.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content on Gralyx infringes your copyright, please send a notice containing:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
  • Identification of the material claimed to be infringing (include the specific URL)
  • Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email
  • A statement of good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act
  • Your physical or electronic signature

Counter-Notification

Repeat Infringer Policy

Gralyx does not accept user-generated content and therefore has no repeat infringer scenario. This section is included for completeness of our DMCA compliance framework.
